Formerly Beyond the Chair Foundation, The Adrienne Small Foundation (TASF) is the ONLY program of  its kind that allows teens, ages 13-19, interested in any aspect of the beauty industry, the opportunity to be shown how to tap into this billion dollar industry.

We do this with look and learn sessions, hands on classes and business workshops all in one setting . Each session is facilitated by industry leaders who are not only innovators, but also masters in their craft.

OUR MISSION: The Adrienne Small Foundation's mission is to provide educational tools, resources, mentorship, and funding to future beauty professionals ages 13-19.

OUR VISION: The Adrienne Small Foundation's vision is to provide girls with access to the world of beauty by cultivating their gifts and abilities while equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in the beauty industry.

TASF collaborates with schools, salon owners, and beauty brands to fulfill our mission of  ensuring our future beauty pros leave our sessions fully equipped with the tools and resources they need to start AND move their businesses beyond the chair!

​By sponsoring a high schooler, you are allowing a student to attend our program at a heavily discounted rate or completely FREE! The cost for one student to be a part of our program is $350 ( in person or virtual)

​Our virtual program provides the same tools, workbooks, and resources as our in person sessions so no teen is left behind in our curriculum.

Become A Mentor

Our workshops are officially year round with monthly classes presented by different beauty professionals around the world. In order to do this, we need licensed professionals to volunteer their time to teach a look and learn, hands on class, or business workshop to our Girlpreneur community. These classes can be done virtually, or in person during our Girlpreneur Beauty Camp.

Partner With Us!

Sponsorships are a BIG way we are able to continue to serve. Your sponsorship helps to fund our scholarship program, where we are able to send one of our teens age 16+ to cosmetology, aesthetic or nail school with a partial or full scholarship, as well as purchase all tools and supplies needed for their class/ camp sessions.
